Colorado is my home away from home and I want to thank Ken Steadman and Alpha Gainz for sharing their knowledge and expert advice with me as learning is a journey, not a destination. As a champion bodybuilder and owner of 3 BJJ gyms in Washington State (Gracie Barra Tacoma), i have visited hundreds of gyms all over the world. One thing is for sure… The gym is not worth anything if the ownership and management behind it do not provide the type of environment conducive to growth.
Ken and his team provide exactly what most gyms lack. Energy, motivation, commitment, expertise, and enthusiasm. If you are not prepared to work, this is not the gym for you. But if you want to get after it and most importantly get the results you desire in the shortest amount of time… This is one of the best gyms I have ever been in. If you are a D1 athlete or want to become a D1 athlete, I highly recommend Alpha Gainz!
